Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Ishan Mehta, learned counsel for respondents. 2. The petitioner, a student of Banaras Hindu University (BHU), was indulged in past in various acts of misconduct and indiscipline and lastly he was suspended by means of impugned order dated 16.11.2024. Therefore, he was not able to participate in examination of 3rd Semester of MA-1st year (Sociology). 3. By interim order dated 27.11.2024, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear in said examination. In all probability, he has participated in the examination, however, result has not declared since it was subject to order of this Court. 4. It is not on record whether petitioner has passed 2nd Year of M.A. (Sociology) or not. The period of suspension is already over, therefore, in fact this writ petition has rendered infructuous. 5. Otherwise also, considering that principles of natural justice were followed and considering the previous misconduct of petitioner, no interference is required in impugned order. 6. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with an observation that in case petitioner has already cleared the 2nd year of M.A. (Sociology) and if there is no other legal impediment, such as, any other misconduct or act Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Yadvendra Mani Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : Hem Pratap Singh, Ishan Mehta Umesh Yadav .....Petitioner(s) The Banaras Hindu University Varanasi Through Its Registrar And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) of indiscipline, the result of said examination be declared as soon as possible. 7.
