Both sides have agreed that the present petitioner shall pay monthly maintenance of Rs.9,000/- in total to the respondent and her two children. Therefore, petitioner is directed to pay Rs.9,000/- in total per month to the respondent and her two children. Since the matter has compromised between the parties in the aforesaid manner, the operation of the Judgment and Order dated 08.04.2022 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Barpeta in Case No. FC(Crl) No. 285/2020 is modified as above.
