This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of Case No. T5800 of 2024 (State Versus Kallu Singh), under Section 104/105 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that petitioner can file objections as to the maintainability of the proceedings as well as jurisdiction of the court to hear and entertain the proceedings and no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file his objections in the pending proceedings and in case, such objections are filed, the same shall be considered and decided by respondent No. 2- Sub Divisional Magisrate, Tehsil- Chandpur, District- Bijnor after hearing all the parties concerned, in accordance with law.
