It is urged that the petitioner had offered services of a carriage vehicle during Panchayat Elections between 08.04.2021 to 07.05.2021 yet the rent for the vehicle has not been paid. Learned State Counsel submits that the petitioner has belatedly approached this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been running from pillar to post for the purpose. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach 4th respondent along with copy of this order annexing all materials in support of his claim. Such claim of the petitioner would be accorded consideration by 4th respondent and appropriate order would be passed within a period of six weeks. The amount which is found due and payable in terms of such determination shall be released within further period of four weeks. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
