Also heard Ms. N Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of ACB P.S.Case No. 7/2025. 3. The petitioners were granted interim bail by this Court on 11.04.2025. Pursuant to the Page No.# 2/2 said order, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement has been recorded. 4. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that since the petitioner has been co-operating with the police investigation, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. 5. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is allowed. 6. The interim bail granted by this Court on 11.04.2025 in favour of the petitioner Sri Dalim Das is hereby made absolute.
