It transpires that a committee has already been constituted by the Chief Medical Officer, Mathura to examine the allegation of alleged negligence on part of the concerned hospital, which had treated petitioner's wife. Grievance is that the committee constituted has not examined the complaint and has not submitted its report. 2. Without entering into merits of the controversy, we dispose of this petition with a direction upon respondent no.3 to ensure that necessary enquiry on the complaint of petitioner would be got conducted by the committee constituted pursuant to order dated 28.10.2024, after notice to respondent no.7, within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. 3. It is made clear that we have not adjudicated petitioner's grievance on merits and all issues are left open to be examined by the committee constituted for the purpose, at the first instance.
