Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and learned counsel appearing for the Electricity Department. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the petitioner had never taken any electricity connection in her name. 3. Sri Nitesh Patel, learned counsel appearing for the Electricity Department states that as per the Clause 6.5(a) of the U.P. Electricity Supply Code the petitioner can get this mistake rectified by approaching the relevant authority under the relevant clause i.e Clause 6.5(a) of the U.P. Electricity Supply Code. 4. Without going into the merits of the case, we direct that if the petitioner moves an application under Clause 6.5(a) of the Electricity Supply Code within a period of 10 days then the same shall be decided within a period of one month. 5.
