PURKAYASTHA _O_R_D_E_R_ 23/06/2025 Review Petition No.26/2024 and Review Petition No.20/2025 are directed against the common impugned judgment and order dated 27.03.2024 passed by this Court in R.F.A. No.03/2016 along with R.F.A. No.04/2020. By the said impugned judgment and order dated 27.03.2024, R.F.A No.03/2016 was partly allowed and R.F.A. No.04/2020 was dismissed. Review Pet. No.26/2024 suffers from a delay of 54 days and Review Pet. No.20 of 2025 suffers from a delay of 199 days for condonation of which I.A. No.1/2024 in Review Pet. No.26/2024 and I.A. No.1/2024 in Review Pet. No.20/2025 have been preferred respectively. We have entertained arguments on the merits of both the review petitions as well while hearing the interlocutory applications. However, after some arguments, Mr. Binode Kumar Singh, learned counsel, appearing for the review petitioners, on instructions from the official of the Food Corporation of India present in Court, seeks permission to withdraw both the review petitions.
