Heard Mr. Ashwini Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant seeking direction to the trial court to decide Criminal Case No. 34973 of 2018, CNR No. UPKN04-035013-2018(State Vs. Chandra Prkash @ Chandra Verma and others), arising out of Case Crime No.0101 of 2017, under Sections 498A, 323, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kidwainagar, District Kanpur Nagar, pending before the court of A.C.J. (S.D.)- VI/ A.C.M.M., Kanpur Nagar, within stipulated period. 4. Considering the fact that the aforesaid case is pending since 2018. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
