The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s: Patna High Court CWJC No.11796 of 2016(3) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 (i) for quashing the order dated 04.03.2016 passed by Hon'ble Justice Smt. Mridula Mishra, Chairman, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No.616/2014 where-by and where under she has been pleased to set aside the order dated 29.10.2012, passed by the Director of Consolidation, Bihar, Patna in Consolidation Revision Case No. 76 of 2011; (ii) for quashing the order dated 27.04.1991 passed by Consolidation Officer, Arrah in Consolidation Case no.76 of 1991 whereby and where under he has passed the order against the petitioners without making them as opposite parties as well as without noticing and hearing them. 3.
