Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to interfere in the construction of a house over the plot no. 467 area 2.07 hectare to the extent of ½ share situate in the village Arauli Badhar, Tehsil Robertsganj, District-Sonbhadra on the basis of his possession which has been obtained by him in the demarcation proceedings. ii. Issue any writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to decide the representation dated 31/12/2024 pending before them." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that private respondents are interfering in possession of the land and is not permitting construction. 4. The dispute is between two private parties which cannot be gone into by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution. The remedy lies for the petitioner to approach the civil court. 5.
