The writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to stay the effect and operation of order of rejection showing reason claim already settled in respect of form 13, claim no.999430052408070000283 dated 07.08.2024. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to Respondent No.03, to carry forward amount Rs.4,41,712/ as well as Compounding interest @ 18% per annum, since 23.07.2011 to till date in Last posting EPF Account No. UPKNP/417/14554 of the Petitioner, during pendency of the present writ petition." 3. Perusal of prayer no.1 of writ petition would go to show that petitioner has sought staying the effect and operation of order of rejection of the claim of the petitioner. The stay of the order is only interim proceedings, which cannot been granted as final prayer unless there is challenge to the rejection of the claim. 4.
