The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 5463 of 2026, (State Vs. Jugraj Yadav) arising out of Case Crime No. 216 of 1997, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of I.P.C., Police Station- Thariyaon, District- Fatehpur, as well as non-bailable warrant dated 12.08.2024 pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division)/ F.T.C./ A.C.J.M. Fatehpur. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ bail application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a xerox thereof.
