Heard Sri Vijay Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Somya Madhyan, learned AGA for the State and perused the materials available on record. The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to issue a direction to the trial court to release the applicant in four cases after submitting a personal bond and two sureties, which are as under:- (i) Case Crime No. 662 of 2017, Police Station Etmaddaula, District Agra. (ii) Case Crime No. 714 of 2017, Police Station Etmaddaula, District Agra. (iii) Case Crime No. 1073 of 2017, Police Station Etmaddaula, District Agra. (iv) Case Crime No. 656 of 2017, Police Station Etmaddaula, District Agra. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that except the one case related to murder and attempt to murder, which was registered by Police against unknown rider of motorcycle bearing Registration No. UP80 CQ8310 and one constable had died on the way going to the hospital. It is further submitted that the applicant granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 21.4.2022 and the applicant is languishing in Jail since 19.08.2017. It is further submitted that the applicant is a poor person. Applicant has no means to submit sureties as ordered in bail orders. Applicant has been roped up in four cases in a row. It is further submitted that all the cases are same in nature. It is further submitted that all four cases are related to Police Station Etmaddaula, District Agra. It is further submitted that applicant has been granted bail in all four cases by court concerned. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the concerned Magistrate is directed to release the applicant in all four cases related to Police Station Etmaddaula, District Agra on the basis of personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
