[2] The present Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 12 (B) of the Contempt of Courts Act read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for drawing up contempt proceeding against the respondent-contemnor for willful and deliberate disobedience and disregard of the specific direction of this Court dated 19.06.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.319 of 2025. [3] In view of the change in circumstances, proceeding dated 16.07.2025 regarding issuance of deed writer license came to be filed by the respondent and the same is placed on record to say that the order passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 319 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025 has been complied with. Resultantly, nothing survives for adjudication. [4] Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
