1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that according to prosecution version the first informant lodged FIR against Rati Ram Verma, Jagpal Verma and one unknown alleging therein that on 21.04.2021, an advertisement was published on page no. 7 of daily newspaper Amar Ujala for the post of teacher and other posts. The informant's son applied for the post of Assistant Teacher. Thereafter, accused Rati Ram came at his house and demanded draft of Rs. 46,500/-. The applicant's son had also applied therein. The informant's son has received salary of two months Rs. 15,000/- respectively. Learned counsel further submits that applicant is not named in the F.I.R. and his name came into light during investigation. There is inordinate delay in lodging the FIR and independent witness Srikant Pandey is close friend of the informant and is highly interested witness. The co-accused Jag Pal Verma and Rati Ram have already been enlarged on bail. The applicant has criminal history of two cases in which he is on bail. Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been placed before the Court. The circumstances which, according to the counsel, led to the false implication of the accused have also been mentioned. It has also been assured on behalf of the applicant that he is ready to cooperate with the process of law and shall faithfully make himself available before the court whenever required and is also ready to accept all the conditions which the Court may deem fit to impose upon him.
