(4) Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection if petitioner is permitted to approach the Executive Engineer by making a representation. (5) Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make a representation to concerned Executive Engineer of Irrigation Department. If he makes representation within ten days from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within three weeks thereafter.
