Page No.# 2/2 respondent No.1. By this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for correction of Police Station of the respondent No.2 which has been wrongly written as Nalbari instead of Ghograpar. Mr. T. T. Moni, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that inadvertently a typographical error has been crept in the Police Station of the respondent No. 2, which appeared as “Nalbari” instead of “Ghograpar”. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and considering the grounds cited in the petition, the prayer for correction, as sought for by the applicant, is allowed. Accordingly, the Police Station of respondent No. 2 stands corrected and be read as “Ghograpar” in place of “Nalbari”. Necessary correction be made accordingly. With the above direction, the interlocutory application stands disposed of.
