Haldwani, and further to direct the Police to submit the action taken/status report pursuant to the aforesaid FIR. 4. Learned State Counsel passed on to this Court instruction, which is taken on record. On the basis of said instruction, learned State Counsel submits that after investigation, the final report has been submitted in favour of the private respondents. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and the same is hereby closed. However, a liberty is given to petitioner-informant to take a legal recourse available to him under the law. 6. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
