This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "Issue an order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the respondents authorities to consider the grievance of petitioners and to decide the representation filed before Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Soraon, Prayagraj and take action. against the respondent no.4 and his other associates as per Section 227 of U.P. Revenue Code 2016" 3.Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that after the demarcation, boundary pillars were installed. The same have been destroyed by the respondents. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the petitioner may move an application under Section 22 read with Section 23 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner move an application under Section 22 read with Section 23 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided by the concerned court within next twelve weeks after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, provided there is no other legal impediment.
