Kandpal, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand/ respondent Nos.1 and 2. 3. By means of these criminal writ petitions, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.242 of 2021 dated 16.10.2021 registered with P.S. Kotwali Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal, under Sections 498- A, 323, 504 and 506 IPC, under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and under Section 3/4 of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriages) Act 2019. 4. It is informed by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge-sheet No.54/22 has already been submitted by the police on 31.03.2022 against only petitioners-Yusuf S/o Habiburahman and Yunus S/o Habiburahman, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in these writ petitions and it becomes infructuous. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not disputed the said fact. 6. In view of the above, these criminal writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. However, a liberty is given to chargesheeted petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 7. Interim order(s), if any, stands vacated. 8.
