Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2) The petitioner, namely, Jahanggir Alom @ Jahangir Alom, son of Roshnai Dewani @ Page No.# 2/2 Raushwan Ali has filed this application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 seeking bail in Goalpara Police Station Case No. 161/2024, registered under Sections 75/62/118(2)/109/3(5) BNS, 2023 read with Section 8 of the POCSO Act, 2012, wherein, he was arrested on 26.03.2025 and is in custody since then. 3) During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K. K. Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in said Goalpara P.S. Case No. 161/2024 on 31.03.2025 vide charge-sheet No. 39/2025. 4) As such, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum for his regular bail in said Goalpara P.S.
