Once that be so, petitioner will have the remedy to approach the concerned Magistrate for release of his account. Whether the account is required to be released in view of the evidence gathered during the investigation can more appropriately be examined by the Magistrate. Writ petition would not be entertained at the first instance, for such purposes. Leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the concerned Magistrate, this petition is consigned to records.
