(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 6.6.2025 issued by the Financial Advisor & CAO, HRTC, Mr. Shyam Singh Chauhan, Advocate states that the relief prayed for in the instant petition has been granted to the petitioner, as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings.

Having perused the aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that Chet Ram (WSM) petitioner herein, holder of PPO No. HRTC/7926 is drawing provisional pension of Rs.5735 per month with effect from 28.11.2018 and now provisional pension has been treated as original pension. Said authority has issued communication dated 6.6.2025 to Regional Manager, HRTC Local Unit Dhalli with the direction to release DCRG, as detailed therein and disburse the same to the petitioner after
2025:HHC:18136 compliance of the certificate and report in all respects and after effecting recovery of HRTC dues if any.

Having perused aforesaid communications vis-a-vis reliefs prayed for in the instant proceedings, this Court is persuaded to agree with learned counsel for the respondents that the reliefs, as prayed for, stand granted to the petitioner, as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings.
