No. 364 of 2025 arising out of Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 216 of 2022, registered for the offences under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. The petitioner and others are accused of killing the deceased after calling him to a party. The petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2024. During investigation, it has transpired that due to a dispute over the liquor business, the petitioner shot and killed the deceased. The petitioner has ten similar and serious criminal antecedents.
