The Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 247/2024 arising out of Latehar P.S Case No. 138/2024 corresponding to G.R Case No. 540/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 80 & 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023. Subsequently, charge has been framed under Section 108 of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-II, Latehar. 3. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 10005/2024 vide order dated 13.01.2025. 4. The petitioner is husband of the deceased Sushila Devi who died in her matrimonial home within four months of her marriage due to asphyxia because of hanging. 5. Report regarding the stage of trial, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that out of 10 charge-sheeted witnesses, 7 witnesses have been examined. 6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that all the witnesses have not supported the prosecution case. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-II, Latehar in connection with S.T. Case No. 247/2024 arising out of Latehar P.S Case No. 138/2024 corresponding to G.R Case No. 540/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
