Heard Sri Komma Vijaya Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Sireesha Rani Vallabhaneni, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.4-Municipality. 3. At the time of hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.4-Municipality passed written instructions signed by the Commissioner, Adoni Municipality, wherein at Paragraph No.4 it was mentioned that the Writ Petitioner had executed the work as stipulated under agreement referred above and the bill amount was entered in CFMS portal, in the Head of Account 3 VN, J W.P.No.6569 of 2025 No.8443001061129268001VN which is exclusively meant to GGMP Works and that the amounts will be paid. 4. Further it was stated that the execution of work was recorded by Municipal Assistant Engineer and Check Measurement by the Deputy Executive Engineer and the 5th respondent was verified and satisfied with the quality of the work executed by the Contractor. It was stated that the Municipality will be paying the amounts as and when the amounts are released under GGMP Programme, without any delay. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions and also considering the fact that there is no dispute with regard to the execution of work and the amounts due to the Petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition, with the consent of both sides and by placing the written instructions on record, with the following direction: (i) The Respondent authorities are directed to pay the amounts due to the Writ Petitioner within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4 VN, J W.P.No.6569 of 2025 There shall be no order as to costs.
