Case No. 15 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 21(c) and 22(c) of the NDPS Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 201 bottles of codeine containing cough syrup. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 5.5.2025. 5. Considering the quantum of recovery, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
