JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 2 04-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the B.P.S.C.. 2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs: “(i) Respondent number 2 to 4 be directed to issue and publish revised/supplementary result in respect of appointment of teacher so far petitioners are concerned for standard 11th and 12th in the faculty of math for government senior Secondary School after carrying forward the leftover vacancy of teacher recruitment examination-2.0 for unreserved category of candidates. (ii) Respondent number 2 to 4 be directed to carry forward 334 seats for unreserved category of candidates which remained unfilled as per notification no. 27/2023 dated 06/12/2023 issued under the signature of examination controller of Bihar Public Service Commission. (iii) The Result dated 26/12/24 issued and published under the Signature of Examination Controller BPSC in light of advertisement no. 22/2024 in respect of appointment of teacher for standard 11th and 12th in the faculty of math be declared as illegal, arbitrary and invalid as the some has been published without adding/carrying forward the left over seats of TRE 2.0 for TRE-3.0. (iv) The impugned Corrigendum dated 18/12/24 Patna High Court CWJC No.1540 of 2025(2) dt.04-02-2025 3/3 issued under advertisement number 22/2024 be quashed/Set-aside.” 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already filed a representation before the Respondent No.1, but till date no order has been passed by the Respondent No.1 in the said representation. 4. Considering the above-stated facts, the petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation before the Respondents No. 1 and 3 along with all supporting documents within a period of two weeks and the Respondents No. 1 and 3 are well advised to consider the case of the petitioners after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within one month thereafter. 5.
