Mr. Rajat Choudhry, learned Assistant Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is presently serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Medical) at GSSS Deem, District Shimla. The case set up by her is that she has remained posted in the aforesaid school w.e.f. 01.05.2019. She preferred a representation on 21.02.2025 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No.2 seeking her transfer. The representation was moved on account of not only the adverse family circumstances being faced by the petitioner, but also on account of the 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 ailment being suffered by her son, i.e. Acute Leukemia, for which he is under treatment from PGI, Chandigarh. Petitioner’s grievance is that till date no decision has been taken by the respondents on the aforesaid representation. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 21.02.2025 (Annexure P-5) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy within a period of three weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
