The objection filed by Sri Rohit Pandey and Sri Sai Girdhar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, is accordingly sustained. Leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the competent Court having territorial jurisdiction in respect of the matter, this petition is consigned to records.
