This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Bareilly to decide the Case No. 12329 of 2024 (State Vs. Surendra Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 279 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 306 I.P.C., Police Station C.B. Ganj, District Bareilly expeditiously within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It appears from perusal of the record that the charge sheet in this matter has been submitted and cognizance has been taken by the learned trial court vide order dated 01.07.2024. Charge has not been framed so far whereas the accused has appeared before the court concerned. 4. Learned AGA opposed the prayer. 5. I have considered the submissions and perused the record. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned trial court is directed to frame charge against the accused in Case No. 12329 of 2024 (State Vs. Surendra Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 279 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 306 I.P.C., Police Station C.B. Ganj, District Bareilly within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 7. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
