HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURESH REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1645 OF 2024
ORDER: When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri N.Ravi Prasad,
learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-accused No. 1, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant criminal petition leaving the petitioner-accused No. 1 at liberty to surrender and move a regular bail application before the Court below.
2. Thus, the petitioner-accused No. 1 is given liberty to surrender before the Court below and move a regular bail application which shall be considered and decided as per law within a period of one week.
3. With the aforesaid liberty, the instant criminal petition for bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
