Three writ petitions i.e. WP(C) No. 693/2020, SWP No. 249/2019 and SWP No. 345/2019 stood clubbed together for the purpose of adjudication but came to suffer dismissal for non-prosecution in terms of order dated 06.05.2025. 02. One of writ petitions i.e. SWP No. 345/2019 was the one preferred by the petitioner. 03. By virtue of an order dated 10.11.2025, this Court came to restore SWP No. 249/2019. 04. The petitioner also came forward with a restoration application filed within time thereby seeking restoration of his writ petition as well. Serial No. 04 Regular List 2 CM No. 3154/2025 in SWP No. 345/2019 05. On parity basis, this Court cannot decline the petitioner restoration of his writ petition, as such, the writ petition SWP No. 345/2019 is restored to its original number, to be listed on its own without being tagged to SWP No. 249/2019. 06.
