Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A for the State respondents. 3. Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 19.10.2024 lodged as Case Crime No.0368 of 2024, under Sections 58, 115(2), 351(2), 123 of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023 & Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, P.S. Ghoorpur, District Allahabad and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 4. Learned AGA, on the basis of counter affidavit, states that in the present matter final report has already been forwarded to the competent court. 5. In view of above, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved, he may avail the remedy as available in law. 6.
