GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER: Heard Sri G.Kiran Babu, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Srinivasa Rao Narra, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Sri A.Krishna Kishore, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture. 2. Sri A.Krishna Kishore, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture submitted Written Instructions furnished by the District Agriculture Officer, Chittoor, dated 01.04.2025. The Written Instructions would indicate that after 2022 no effort has been made by the Official Respondents to have the budget allocated for meeting the demands of the present Writ Petitioners. The Written Instructions would indicate that the claim made by the Writ Petitioners is admitted by the Official Respondents in the penultimate paragraph of the Written Instructions, and that the District Agricultural Officer has sought three to four months time to obtain budget from the Government. The relevant portion of the Written Instructions is usefully extracted hereunder: “It is further submitted that due to non availability of budget the bills were not prepared and uploaded in the CFMS portal. If budget is not available the CFMS will not accept the bills for payment. It is respectfully submit to request that 3 to 4 months time may kindly be provided to obtain the budget from the Government.” 3. Having regard to the above Written Instructions, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition at the admission stage directing the Official Respondents particularly Respondent Nos.1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 to complete all the Inter-Departmental Administrative Process in every respect within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today and transfer the amounts to the credit of the Writ Petitioners into their Bank Account within four (04) weeks thereafter. The Writ Petitioners are directed to submit the Bank Account details to the Competent Authority within one (01) week for effective of compliance. 4. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
