Tiwari, learned A.G.A. for the State are present. 2. Put up this case as fresh in the week commencing 17.03.2025. 3. In the meantime, learned counsel for the applicant may file amendment application to convert the present case into an application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. " Lastly on 01.04.2025, this Court proceeded to pass the following order: "The matter has been taken up in the revised list. Nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the applicant. In the interest of justice, the matter is adjourned for the day. Put up this case on 29.04.2025 as fresh with a clear stipulation that the matter shall not be adjourned on the next date fixed. " Since nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the applicant. It appears that the applicant has lost interest. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
