The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 12.08.2024 passed in Criminal Revision No. 294 of 2024 (Goving Nath Dwivedi vs. State of U.P. and Others) as well as the order dated 03.06.2024 passed in Complaint Case No. 524 of 2019 (Govind Nath Dwivedi vs. Sri Narauan Dixit and Another) under Sections 452, 323, 380 I.P.C., pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate- 7, Kanpur Nagar. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has filed a complaint case against the opposite parties no.2 to 4, who were summoned. After summoning, the opposite parties no.2 to 4 appeared and they were granted bail and the opposite parties no.5 and 6 stood for sureties to the bail granted to the opposite parties no.2 to 4. The documents submitted by the opposite party no.5, while furnishing surety to the bail granted to the opposite parties no.2 to 4, various objections were raised by the applicant herein. However, after the objections were raised, the same were cured by the opposite party no.5 by filing the proper documents. Thus, the application filed by the applicant was rejected vide order dated 03.06.2024. 4. Against the said order, the applicant herein had filed a Criminal Revision No. 294 of 2024, which was also dismissed vide order dated 12.08.2024, categorically, recording that the purpose of bail is to ensure the presence of the accused persons. The accused persons are continuously appearing before the court. The defects, which were pointed out by the applicant were brought to the knowledge of the court and the said defects were consequently got cured by the concerned court. In view thereof, the criminal revision was also dismissed. 5. In view of the categorical observations made by the revisional court, this Court do not find any good reason to interfere in the matter.
