The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the complete proceedings of Criminal Case No. 711/2018 (Ajay Kumar Chaturvedi Vs. K.K. Joshi and others) pending before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg, District Durg (C.G.) or to pass any appropriate order/orders in favour of the applicant to meet ends of justice.” 4. The present petition has connected with CRMP No. 2488/2018 which has been preferred by the complainant namely Ajay Kumar Chaturvedi against the order passed by the revisional Court and the same has been dismissed on merits today itself. 5. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous as the revisional Court has already set aside the order passed by learned trial Court in revision preferred by the accused.
