The petitioner has preferred this petition inter alia with the prayer to quash the order dated 2.8.2024 passed by respondent no. 3 / District Magistrate, Mau, by which the financial and administrative power of Gram Pradhan Sri Ravindra Prasad has been seized and one Sri Ramnath son of Sri Amrit was appointed to look into the affairs of the Gram Sabha. 2. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents placed Instructions dated 22.03.2025 received under the signatures of District Magistrate, Mau. It is stated in the aforesaid instructions that against the order dated 2.8.2024 Sri Ravindra Prasad Kharwar has preferred Writ-C No. 36957 of 2024 before this Court, in which the effect and operation of the order dated 2.8.2024 passed by respondent no. 2 was stayed on 7.1.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to move an appropriate application in the writ petition filed by Sri Sri Ravindra Prasad Kharwar. 4. This prayer has not been opposed by learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri Tarun Agarwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 2. 5.
