This petition has been filed with the prayer to command the Chief Information Commissioner, U.P. to transfer various cases instituted by the petitioner under Rule 11 of the RTI Rules, 2015. Since, such application is not being decided, petitioner is before this Court. Learned counsel appearing for the Chief Information Commissioner states that in the event, no orders are passed on such application, the concerned authority shall pass appropriate orders, expeditiously. In that view of the matter, we dispose of this petition with a direction upon respondent no. 1 to accord consideration to petitioner's pending application, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks. It is made clear that we have not adjudicated the merits of the application and all legal and factual aspects are open for consideration at the level of respondent no.1.
