Upon reconsideration, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that he wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty granted to the petitioners to approach the District Judge concerned for seeking enhancement of the compensation under Section 16(3) of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1985. 3. In light of the same, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file appropriate application before the District Judge concerned within four weeks from date.
