JUSTICE S.VISHWAJITH SHETTY) The petitioner is before this Court with a prayer to quash the provisional selection list for the year 2024-25 - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-K:2604 WP No. 201257 of 2025 issued by respondent No.2 of Anganawadi Worker insofar as serial No.14 is concerned, vide Annexure-N. 2. The petitioner had submitted her application seeking appointment to the post of Anganawadi Worker at Bisanal-01 village of Basavana Bagewadi taluka, Vijayapur district and it appears that in the provisional selection list published vide Annexure-N, the name of the petitioner is not found and in serial No.14 of the selection list, name of respondent No.5 is found. The petitioner has filed her objections before the competent authority bringing to the notice of the competent authority that she is more eligible and competent candidate compared to respondent No.5 and pending consideration of the said objections filed by the petitioner to the provisional list, she is before this Court. 3. Therefore, at this stage, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the objections raised by the petitioner to the provisional selection list published by the competent authority vide Annexure-N, this petition - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC-K:2604 WP No. 201257 of 2025 is disposed off with a direction to the concerned authority to consider the objections filed by the petitioner to the candidature of respondent No.5 at serial No.14 in the provisional list vide Annexure-N and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
