Khursheed Ahamad) under Section 31, Domestic Violence Act, Police Station Visharatganj, District Bareilly, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Bareilly within a stipulated time or in a time frame. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since long time. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
