At the very outset, Sri Jay Singh Yadav, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submitted that in compliance to order dated 07.01.2025, Rs.25,000/- has already been paid in favour of the corpus and the corpus is presently residing with the petitioner in a peaceful manner and is leading happy life as a couple. 3. In pursuance to the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. 4. The direction made on dated 07.01.2025 in favour of District Magistrate, Shahjahanpur stands lapsed due to compliance of the order and direction by the petitioner himself.
