Learned Addl.P.P appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner has been rejected on merits. He further submits that there is serious allegation of commission of fraud, forgery and criminal breach

6. Considering the rival contention of the parties and in view of the fact that the earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court on merits and the ground taken by the petitioner does not appear to be fresh and reasonable ground to entertain the second anticipatory bail application.
7 Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands dismissed.
