Heard Sri Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner in the nature of mandamus directing respondent nos. 2 and 3 to investigate the Criminal Case No. 523 of 2024, under Section 115(2), 351(2), 352, 333, 324(4) & 191(2) B.N.S. and 3(2)(va) SC/ST Act, P.S.- Badlapur, District - Jaunpur and has further prayed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.1.2025. 3. We find that the present petition has been filed with undue haste and even otherwise the petitioner has efficacious alternative remedy under Section 175 B.N.N.S.. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as may be available to him in law, if the need so arise. 5.
