The instant petition has been preferred with a prayer to set aside the order passed by the court of Civil Judge (J.D)/FTC/JM, Baghpat on 14.10.2024 in recovery case no. 30/2024 Salma vs. Alisher under Section 31 of Domestic Violence Act and order dated 26.9.2024 passed by A.D.J. IV Baghpat in Appeal no.73 of 2024 in case of Alisher vs. Salma under Section 29 of Domestic Violence Act. 3. On perusal of the impugned order, this Court does not find it to be a case where interference of this Court is required. The concerned court after considering the material available on record, passed the order impugned. No such ground appears to be available in the present petition, on the basis of which, impugned order can be set aside. 4. Accordingly, the prayer for deciding aforesaid case expeditiously, is refused and the petition is hereby dismissed.
