(Oral) By way of instant petition, petitioners have prayed for the following main relief:- “(i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to release the arrears of salary accrued to the petitioners in terms of the judgments passed by this Hon'ble Court in CWP No.3544/2019 titled as "State of H.P. Vs Surendra Sharma & Others" at Annexure P-3 and CWPOA No. 3277/2019 titled as "Manorama Devi & ors. Vs. State of H.P. & Ors." at Annexure P-4 w.e.f. the due date i.e. from the date of their filing the first writ petition i.e. CWP No. 1780/2010, in the interest of justice..” 2. Before reply, if any, from the respondents could be received, learned counsel representing the petitioners, while inviting attention of this Court to judgments passed by this Court in CWP No. 3544 of 2019 titled as State of Himachal Pradesh & Anr. Vs. Surendra Sharma & Ors. and in CWP No. 3277 of 2019 titled as Manorama Devi & Ors. Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., states that issue raised in the instant proceedings already stands adjudicated by this Court in Surendra Sharma and Manorama Devi (supra) and as such, petitioners would be content and satisfied in case directions are issued to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in light of aforesaid judgments in a time bound manner. 3. Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, is not averse to the aforesaid innocuous prayer made by the petitioners. 4. Consequently, in view of the above, present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider and decide case of the petitioners in light of Surendra Sharma and Manorama Devi (supra), expeditiously, preferably, within four weeks. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful in terms of the instant order, shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereupon.
