As the learned counsel for the NCB has made no objection to rectify the typographical mistake appeared in cause title, the prayer of the applicant is allowed.Henceforth, NDPS Case No.26/2021 be read as NDPS Case No.26/2022 & be treated as part of record of BA No.3688/2024 The I.A. stands disposed of.
